 Form T (Rule 24) 

A combined muster roll-cum-wage register can be maintained by each and every employee. This consists of attendance and overtime details. Component-wise wage details can also be recorded. This form has to be recorded and stored month-wise and year-wise for all employees.

Form C (Rule 4)

This form contains details like Name of employee, Fathers Name, Department, amount deducted, fault for which deductions made, date of deduction, whether employee showed cause against deductions, amount of deduction, number of intallments and date of amount realised. In case there are no deductions in a month AuditGauge can generate NIL Register.

Form D (Rule 6)

Every employer shall maintain a
register in relation to the workers employed by him in Form ‘D’ under Rule 6 of the Equal Remuneration Rules, 1976. The details captured include 1) Name of the Establishment with full address. 2)Total number of workers employed. 3)Total number of men workers employed. 4)Total number of women workers employed

Form XV (Workman Register)

Name and address of contractor, Name and address of establishment in/under which contract is carried on, Nature and location of work, Name and address of principal employer, Name and address of the workman, Age or date of birth, Identification marks, Father's/Husband's name, Total period for which employed From-To, Nature of work done, Rate of wage (with particulars of unit in case of piece work)

Form XX (Damage)

Register of Deductions for Damage or Loss. It collects information such as 
1)Name and address of Contractor  2)
Name and address of establishment in/under which contract is carried on. 3)Nature of work and location of work. 4) Name and address of Principal Employer

Form XXI (Fines)

Form XXI is classifed as the Register of Fines Under  rule 78 (1) (a) (ii).
The following details are collected in this:
1) Name and address of contractor. 2)Nature and location of work. 3) Name and address of establishment in/under which contract is carried on. 4) Name and address of principal employer

Form XXII (Advances)

Form XXII is a register of advances that has to be kept. It captures the following details.
Name, Father's/Husbands name, Nature of employment/ designation, Wage period and wages payable, Date and amount of advance given, Purpose (s) for which advance made, No. of installments by which advance to be repaid, Date and amount of each installment repaid, Date on which last installment was repaid

Form XXII (Over Time)

Form XXII is the register for overtime. It keeps a record of the overtime that is worked by any employee.
It captures the following details:
Name and address of contractor,  Nature and location of work, Name and address of establishment in/under which contract is carried on, Name and address of principal employerName of workman, Father's/Husband's name, Sex, Designation/ Nature of employment, Date on which overtime worked, Total overtime worked or production in case of piece-rated, Normal rate of wages, Overtime rate of wages, Overtime earnings, Date on which overtime wage paid etc

Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishment Act

The Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishment Act is applicable to all the shops and commercial establishments in the areas notified by Government of Karnataka.
The Act oversees the payment of wages, work hours, rest intervals, overtime work, terms of services, opening hours,  holidays, leaves, work conditions, maternity leave, maternity benefits, employment of children, maintenance of records, etc.

 THE MICRO, SMALL & MEDIUM ENTERPRISES DEVELOPEMENT ACT

Is an Act to provide for facilitating the promotion and development and enhancing the
competitiveness of micro, small and medium enterprises. The Act classifies MSMEs on the basis of investment in plant and machinery, for enterprises engaged in the manufacturing or production of goods, and equipment, for service enterprises.

WORKMENS COMPENSATION ACT

This Act is constituted to ensure payment of compensation for injury by accident
The following forms are part of this compliance:
Form A,  Form AA, Form D, Form EE, Form F, Form G, Form H, Form K or L or M - which serves as a memorandum of agreement

BUILDING & OTHER CONSTRUCTION WORKERS ACT

This act regulates the employment, and conditions of service of building and other construction workers.

The following forms are applicable under the Act.
Form 5, Form 6, Form 7, Form 8, Form 10, Form 11, Form 12, Form 13, Form 14, and Form 15

CONTRACT LABOUR (R & A) ACT

This act regulates the employment of contract labour in establishments, and for other related areas. It also provides for abolition of contract labour in certain circumstances. The following compliances are applicable under this act:
Form I, Form V, Form XII, Form XIII, Form XIV, Form XV, Form XVI, Form XVII, Form XVIII, Form XIX, Form XX, Form XXI, Form XXII, Form XXIII, Form XXIV, Form XXV

 INTER STATE MIGRANT WORKMEN [RE&CS] ACT

This act regulates the employment of inter-State migrant workers and ensures their conditions of service are adhered to

 THE EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND & MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS ACT

Is meant for the institution of provident funds, pension fund, and deposit-linked insurance fund for employees in factories and other establishments. The following compliances are applicable under this Act:
Employer Registration, Electronic Challan Cum Return, Activation of Universal Account Number,  Form 5A,  Form 11,  Form 13,  Form 19, Form 20, and Form 10D

 THE EMPLOYEES STATE INSURANCE ACT

Ensures benefits to employees in case of sickness, maternity and injury from employment, and also makes other provisions to safeguard employees
Form 01(A), Employer Registration, Employee Registration, Form 1,  Form 2, Form 3 Form 6  Form 9, Form 11, Form 12, Form 14, Form 15, Form 16 Form 19, Form 20, Form 22, Form 23, Form 24, Form 13, Form 21, Form 12A, and Form 14.

 THE KARNATAKA PROFESSIONAL TAX ACT

This Karnataka Professional Tax stipulates that tax has to be paid by every professional who is engaged in any trade, or holds any appointment, either public or private, as specified in the Schedule to the Act. Form 5A and Form 5 fall under this compliance.

 THE KARNATAKA LABOUR WELFARE FUND ACT

This act stipulates the creation of a fund for financing and conducting activities that promote the welfare of labour in Karnataka. Under the Act, the employee, employer and the State Government must contribute to the fund in a ratio of 6:12:6, per employee per annum. "Form D - Statement of Employers & Employees' Contribution" is part of this compliance.

This act stipulates the payment of bonus to persons employed in organizations, on the basis of profits, production, or productivity. The following forms are part of this compliance Form A, Form B, Form C and Form D

Recovery of EPF PMRPY/PMGKY etc can be easily done using Audit Gauge. It captures information such as Project Name, Contractor Name, Type of Recovery, Recovery Amount, Work Order No, RA Bill No, Recovery Start Date, Recovery End Date, PF Recovery Proof etc that are needed to assess the recovery amount.
